AutoCamp faced a challenge: its new and marquee Cape Cod property that was underperforming, and the brand needed stronger awareness, sharper positioning, and a strategy to bring the experience to life across channels. We stepped in to rebuild the way people experience the Cape, and reinforce the story of outdoor hospitality with elevated design.
Step one: Diagnose + Align
We quickly assessed what wasn’t working—everything from funnel drop-off to brand disconnects—and aligned the leadership team on a plan. This included auditing AutoCamp’s digital channels, clarifying the brand narrative, and identifying areas where messaging and targeting needed to evolve.

With a clear roadmap in place, we led creative production, deployed new channels (including PR and Direct Mail), and established full-funnel support, encompassing email flows, paid media, and social. Each asset was carefully crafted to capture attention for AutoCamp’s East Coast experiences.
Step three: Scale What Works
In just six months, we helped turn around performance in Cape Cod and the Catskills, which set the stage for future growth. That meant systematizing workflows, onboarding agencies, building budgets and forecasts, and establishing a brand foundation that could be applied across properties nationwide.
