From diverse backgrounds—Lauren from global brand and marketing strategy, Kelly from hospitality and creative direction—we unite to build brands that actually work.

Lauren is a lifelong strategist who’s helped brands scale from early vision to long-term success. She’s led key marketing and brand initiatives for companies like Uber and Industrious, building teams, foundations, and global strategies.

Kelly has launched and run multiple hospitality concepts across Texas, and is the founder of design studio KKDW. She’s shaped everything from Michelin-recognized restaurants to global campaigns for brands like Subaru and Yoga with Adriene—always bringing a sharp eye, a way with words, and business sense.

After decades owning our own brands, we’re excited to share our love of making big things happen in scrappy environments. We’ve built brands from the ground up and know how to roll up our sleeves, think like owners, and make things happen—whether the team is three or thirty.

We lead the work, own the outcomes, and move your brand forward.

The team splits its time between LA and Austin and is always ready to travel.
